Engagements begin with a preliminary conversation to understand your current situation, the decision you are approaching, and the type of support that might be appropriate. We then outline a scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fee structure. The formal engagement starts once these terms are agreed upon.

Duration varies depending on the service. Due diligence support typically spans four to six weeks aligned with transaction timelines. Pricing strategy development usually requires three to four weeks for analysis and modelling. Lean operations workshops are structured as a series of sessions over two to three weeks, scheduled to accommodate participant availability.

While our office is located in Bangsar, we work with organizations across Malaysia and, in some cases, internationally when the engagement can be effectively managed remotely. Initial consultations can be conducted via video conference, and much of the analytical work does not require physical presence. Workshop facilitation and operational assessments may involve travel depending on the scope.

The fees listed for each service represent the standard engagement cost based on typical scope parameters. These are fixed fees for the defined deliverables rather than hourly rates. If an engagement requires adjustment in scope, we discuss revisions before proceeding. Payment terms are outlined in the engagement agreement, typically structured as a portion due at commencement and the remainder upon completion.

Information needs vary by service. For M&A due diligence, we request access to financial statements, operational documentation, organizational charts, and relevant agreements. For pricing strategy, we need current pricing structures, cost data, competitive information, and customer segmentation details if available. For lean operations workshops, we review process documentation and conduct preliminary walkthroughs of the areas under consideration.

All client information is treated with appropriate discretion. We sign non-disclosure agreements as standard practice before receiving sensitive materials. Documentation is stored securely, and access is limited to team members directly involved in the engagement. Upon completion, we follow agreed protocols for return or destruction of confidential materials.
